Overview

When Genero Studio launches, the Welcome Page lists the demo projects. Select Reports to open the demo project in Genero Studio.

The GRW demo project provides a Reports project consisting of:

• BDL application files
• The corresponding report definition files, created using the Report Designer
• A form definition file for the forms used to prompt the user for the output format, created using the Genero Studio Form Designer
• The rdd file containing the data schema for the database used with the demo reports

The default GRW demo project, Reports.4pw, is in Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My Genero Files\ samples\Reports.

To run the demo:

• Expand the Reports project in the Project Manager, and right click Order Report.
• Select Execute from the context menu.
